I currently live in Brussels and plan a move to Paris. That's why I'm looking for an apartment to rent from the beginning of August. To start, a rental period of 1-2 months would be ideal.

What I need:
- Quiet apartment (either street noise or air noise and quiet house),
- EBK with hotplates and refrigerator,
- Max. 10 km from the city centre,
- Internet.

Who I am:
- 43 years old,
-Live,
- Non-smoking,
- Quiet, no parties, no musical instrument -> No problems with the neighborhood,
- Careful and clean -> The apartment remains in good condition,
- Savings -> Low consumption of heating, electricity and water,
- Reliable -> punctual and complete payments guaranteed,
- Without pets, but can take care of cats (have already done),
- I have already rented apartments in Vienna, Munich, Hamburg, Berlin and Brussels (below).

- Ruhig, keine Partys, kein Musikinstrument -> Keine Probleme mit der Nachbarschaft,
- Sorgfältig und sauber -> Die Wohnung bleibt in gutem Zustand,
- Sparsam -> Geringer Verbrauch von Heizung, Elektrizität und Wasser,
- Zuverlässig -> Pünktliche und vollständige Zahlungen garantiert,
- Ohne Haustiere, kann aber mich um Katzen kümmern (habe es schon gemacht),
- Ich habe bereits Wohnungen in Wien, München, Hamburg, Berlin und Brüssel (unter)gemietet.
