Das Zimmer ist möbliert. Es gibt ein großes und ein Doppelfenster die beide nach Osten zeigen, sodass das Zimmer besonders vormittags recht hell ist.
Das Zimmer kostet 325€, darin enthalten sind bereits Strom, Wasser, Heizung und Internet.

It is very pleasantly located close to the Clara Park and directly at the campus Jahnallee. Opposite is a small garden, which makes it quite green in front of the window. The next tram stops are Marschnerstraße or Sportforum Süd. There are lines 1,2,7,8,14,15. Both stations are only 3-5 minutes walk away.
Ist sehr angenehm gelegen nah am Clara Park und direkt beim Campus Jahnallee. Gegenüber ist eine Kleingartenanlage wodurch es vorm fenster recht grün ist. Die nächsten Tram Haltestellen sind Marschnerstraße oder Sportforum Süd. Da fahren die Linien 1,2,7,8,14,15. Beide Stationen sind nur so 3-5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

I'll live the other room. I study philosophy and I like to be out in nature. I do callisthenics, yoga, meditate, paint. I am therefore rather a calm person. The Wg life has been more appropriate here, even because the shared space is not very large. It would only be important for me to live harmoniously with each other and to communicate openly with each other.

Ich werde das andere Zimmer bewohnen. Ich studiere Philosophie und bin gerne draußen in Natur unterwegs. Ich mache Callisthenics, Yoga, meditiere, male gerne. Bin daher auch eher ein ruhiger Mensch. Das Wg Leben war hier bisher eher zweckmäßig, auch weil der geteilte Raum nicht sonderlich groß ist. Mir wäre nur wichtig dass harmonisch miteinander gelebt wird und offen miteinander kommuniziert wird.
