I rent an approximately 14 square meters large WG room in the best location (Cologne Nippes, near the Nippes valleys, KVB lines 12, 15, 13 and various bus connections) to 01.06. or later.

Since I work exclusively at home and need some rest for my job, I'm looking for someone who doesn't work or only works at home a day a week.

The flat-rate rental of 650,00 € also includes additional costs, internet etc. You can also register if you are looking for only one intermediate rental for 3 or 6 months. The apartment also includes a parking space which can be rented additionally for 130,00 € per month (OPTIONAL), if you have a car.

My home is a retreat for me and I am looking forward to applications from people who like to tick and also like to have their rest at night after work. But it does not have to be a pure purpose WG. For a little chat or a coffee in the kitchen I am always to have. If chemistry is true, we can also go to Nippes in the evening or drink a dinner beer in the valley.

The kitchen is pretty, but small, so it is less suitable for a WG evening. The apartment is a total of 60 sqm. There is no living room.

The apartment is still completely unfurnished, as I just move in. If you're just looking for an intermediate rental, I'll take care of the second room in the next few weeks. Until the washing machine comes, the gangway to the next launderette (4 min walk) is also not far.

If you do not live in Cologne, an online visit is easily possible.

Hi everyone :)

I am offering a room in a shared flat of about 14 square meters in a prime location (Cologne Nippes, near Nippeser Tälchen, subway lines 12, 15, 13, as well as various bus connections) on 01.06. or later.

As I work exclusively from home, I am looking for someone who does not work at home during the day for the most part of the week.

The all-inclusive rent of 650,00 € so includes utilities, internet, etc. You are welcome to get in touch if you are only looking for an intermediate rent up to 3 or 6 months. The apartment also includes a parking space, which can be rented for an additional €130.00 per month (OPTIONAL), if you have a car.

My home is a place of retreat for me and I'm happy to receive applications from people with a similar disposition and who like to unwind after work. But living together does not have to be purely functional :) I'm always open to a little chat or a coffee in the kitchen. And, if the chemistry is right, we can go out for dinner in Nippes from time to time or have an after-work beer in the "Tälchen" which is a really nice place very close to the apartment.

If you are only looking for a temporary place to stay in Cologne, I will take care of furnishing your room in the next few weeks. Hi zusammen :)

ich vermiete ein ca. 14 qm großes WG-Zimmer in bester Lage (Köln Nippes, in der Nähe vom Nippeser Tälchen, KVB Linien 12, 15, 13 und diverse Busverbindungen) zum 01.06. oder später.

Da ich ausschließlich im Homeoffice arbeite und für meinen Job etwas Ruhe brauche, suche ich nach jemandem, der nicht oder nur einen Tag pro Woche tagsüber zuhause arbeitet.

Die Pauschalmiete von 650,00 € beinhaltet auch Nebenkosten, Internet etc. Gern könnt ihr euch auch melden, wenn ihr nur eine Zwischenmiete für 3 oder 6 Monate sucht. Zu der Wohnung gehört auch ein Stellplatz, der zusätzlich für 130,00 € pro Monat gemietet werden kann (OPTIONAL), falls du ein Auto hast.

Mein Zuhause ist für mich ein Rückzugsort und ich freue mich über Bewerbungen von Leuten, die ähnlich ticken und auch gern abends nach der Arbeit mal ihre Ruhe haben. Es muss aber keine reine Zweck-WG werden. Für einen kleinen Plausch oder einen Kaffee in der Küche bin ich immer zu haben. Wenn die Chemie stimmt, können wir auch sehr gerne ab und zu in Nippes abends was essen gehen oder ein Feierabendbier im Tälchen trinken.

Die Küche ist ganz hübsch, aber klein, sodass sie sich eher weniger für einen WG-Abend eignet. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 60 qm groß. Ein Wohnzimmer gibt es nicht.

Die Wohnung ist noch komplett unmöbliert, da ich auch gerade erst einziehe. Falls du nur eine Zwischenmiete suchst, kümmere ich mich in den nächsten Wochen noch um die Möblierung des zweiten Zimmers. Bis die Waschmaschine kommt, ist der Gang zum nächsten Waschsalon (4 Min zu Fuß) aber auch nicht weit.

Falls du nicht in Köln wohnst, ist eine Online Besichtigung problemlos möglich.

Schreib gerne etwas über dich (Berufliche Situation, Alter etc.) und nimm Bezug auf die Anzeige (kein Homeoffice etc.), sodass ich weiß, dass du sie auch wirklich gelesen hast. :)
