Hallo zusammen! Ich suche jemanden, der ab dem 1. Juli mein Privatzimmer in einem modernen Studentenwohnheim in der Erdbergstraße 220 übernimmt. Die Miete beträgt 472 € im Monat (all-inclusive). Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer WG mit anderen Studierenden in ähnlichem Alter – ideal, um schnell Anschluss zu finden. Die Lage ist top: nur 4 Minuten zu Fuß zur U3-Station Gasometer, also super angebunden an die Innenstadt und Unis. Du bekommst einen offiziellen Mietvertrag, mit einer Mindestmietdauer von 3 Monaten, aber du kannst natürlich auch länger bleiben. Der Einzug im Juli ist besonders praktisch, wenn du später (zwischen November und Februar) in Ruhe nach einer eigenen Wohnung suchen möchtest – dann ist Nebensaison und die Chancen stehen besser. Waschmaschinen kosten 1,50 € pro Waschgang, die Trockner sind kostenlos. Und als kleines Extra: Wenn du das Zimmer übernimmst, schenke ich dir meinen Ventilator – perfekt für den Sommer! Hey everyone! I'm looking for someone to take over my private room starting July 1st at Erdbergstraße 220, located in a modern and friendly student accommodation. The monthly rent is €472 (all-inclusive), and you'll be living with other students around the same age, which makes it super easy to settle in and connect. The location is great — just a 4-minute walk to the U3 Gasometer station, making it quick and convenient to get anywhere in the city. You'll sign an official contract (minimum stay is 3 months, but you can stay as long as you like), and moving in during July is a smart choice if you plan to look for your own place later — the rental market is much easier during the off-season (November to February). Laundry is also affordable, at €1.50 per wash, and dryers are free. Plus, if you take over the room, I’ll leave my fan for you at no extra cost — perfect for summer!
