The apartment is in Vorderhaus. Both rooms are facing the street. Your room is around 28m2. There are two windows and a small window on the left that you could look into the balcony. It is unfurnished.
The kitchen is empty for the moment and it has to be built in the coming weeks, the cost will be split between us.
U-Bahnhof (U8) Franz-Neumann-Platz/Schäfersee are within 3 minutes walking distance. Supermarkets like Lidl and EDEKA and restaurants are nearby as well.
I’m Roby (27/she), from Hong Kong and currently working full time in Humboldt-Universität. I studied European Studies as my bachelor in Hong Kong and moved to Berlin four years ago. Outside work I spent quite a lot of time doing sports like basketball, beach volleyball and surfskating. Traveling, discovering new music, language learning and meeting new people are something I enjoy doing the most. During the week, I usually am quite busy as I also have three days of training besides work. But in the weekend, I mostly stay at home to recharge or meet my friends for a coffee or a film or go surfskating.
From past WG experience, I find it fulfilling to spend time with my roommates from time to time and eventually develop a friendship.
I’m looking for a person who would like to create a WG that feel home, safe, warm and filled with positive energy. Being respectful, communicative, and being considering for others are rather important to me. It's not a party-WG but rather fun and laid-back.
