I’m moving back to my home country and looking for someone to take over my cozy room in a lovely shared apartment.
🏠 The apartment is in the 16th district, just a 2-minute walk from U6 Josefstädter Straße and 1 minute from tram line 2.
You’re also close to the 8th district, with lots of cool cafes and shops.
🛍️ SPAR, Penny, and Hofer are all just a few minutes away, dm and BIPA is also close. And Brunnenmarkt is right downstairs, offering super fresh and affordable groceries daily.
🛏️ The room is small but very comfortable, and fully furnished with a bed, desk, closet, and under-bed storage. It faces a quiet courtyard, and it’s located away from the other rooms, so you’ll enjoy plenty of privacy.
🐱 You’ll be sharing the flat with two super cute tuxedo cats — black and white, friendly, and full of personality. Perfect for cat lovers!
👥 The flatmates are three German speakers, all fluent in English. They’re social but respectful, laid-back, and easy to live with.
🍽️ The shared kitchen/living area is spacious and equipped with a dishwasher.
There are two separate rooms: one with a toilet and one with a sink (washbasin) — very convenient for shared living.
If you’re looking for a peaceful, well-located shared flat with lovely cats and flatmates.
I think it’s difficult to find such a cozy, convinient, and great value apartment! I don't want to leave here if it's possible!
