I rent my fully furnished 1-room apartment for a few months as I will go abroad to work there.
This will probably be the case from November, possibly also a little later, so it is still a bit flexible. Until March, I want to hand over the apartment to good hands.

to the apartment:
monthly rent with everything (including electricity/Internet): 1500€
Deposit: 800€

The apartment is a small artist's apartment, as I am a freelance artist. It has a total size of 55m2 and is therefore a large room divided into living area and sleeping area. There is a built-in kitchen with sink, a bathroom and a sugar-sweet south-facing balcony that offers all day sun.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor and is easy to reach by elevator.
The location is optimal, because: it is located directly in the forest road district of Leipzig - 5min from the center on the one hand, 5min to the Rosenthal and Wald on the other hand. It's great to live here, I love living here, because everything is nearby... from post office to bakers, pharmacy, doctors and cafes.
The tram stop is 2min away and is the Leibnitzstraße towards the center, so you can walk in the city or drive a stop by tram, super easy.

I want to give the apartment to someone who is reliable and cares accordingly, so someone I have a good feeling in my absence. : We'll make a small rental contract so both parties are out of sight.

Ich vermiete meine vollmöblierte 1-Zimmerwohnung für einige Monate, da ich ins Ausland gehen werde um dort zu arbeiten.

Die Wohnung ist eine kleine Künstlerwohnung, da ich selbst freischaffende Künstlerin bin. Sie hat eine Gesamtgröße von 55m² und ist daher ein großer Raum, der in Wohnbereich und Schlafbereich eingeteilt ist. Es gibt eine Einbauküche mit Spüli, ein Badezimmer sowie ein zuckersüßen Südbalkon der den ganzen Tag Sonne bietet.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock und ist bequem mit dem Aufzug zu erreichen.
Die Lage ist optimal, denn: Sie liegt direkt im Waldstraßenviertel von Leipzig - 5min vom Zentrum auf der einen Seite, 5min zum Rosenthal und Wald zur anderen Seite. Es lässt sich hier prima wohnen, ich lebe sehr gern hier, da alles in der Nähe ist...von Post über Bäcker, Apotheke, Ärzte und Cafes.
Die Tramhaltestelle ist 2min entfernt und ist die Leibnitzstraße Richtung Zentrum, du kannst also zu Fuß in die Stadt reinlaufen oder eine Haltestelle mit der Tram fahren, super easy.

Ich möchte die Wohnung an jemanden abgeben, der verlässlich ist und alles entsprechend pflegt, daher jemand bei dem ich ein gutes Gefühl habe in meiner Abwesenheit. :) Wir machen einen kleinen Mietvertrag, so dass beide Parteien abgesichtert sind.
