Ich suche eine Studio- oder 1–2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Heidelberg, in der ich mich für 3–4 Tage pro Woche zuhause fühlen kann. Beruflich pendle ich regelmäßig zwischen Heidelberg und Berlin, da ich am European Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL) in Heidelberg arbeite.

Idealerweise suche ich eine Wohnung mit einer Mindestmietdauer von 6 Monaten; eine langfristige Anmietung ist ebenfalls sehr willkommen. Wichtig ist mir eine gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, bevorzugt in Nähe zu Bahnhof oder Straßenbahn.

Ich bin eine ruhige, zuverlässige Person, gehe sorgfältig mit der Wohnung um und freue mich über ein Zuhause, das ich respektvoll und langfristig nutzen kann.
