My name is Jiangxin (28), and I am a visiting PhD student at TUM Garching.

• About Me: I research AI for autonomous driving and enjoy cooking healthy meals in my free time. Having lived in shared apartments for years, I am non-smoking, have no pets, and pride myself on being clean, quiet, and respectful of communal space and house rules.

• Financial Background: Fully financially independent with a guaranteed monthly scholarship (~€2,000). All official documents are ready for verification.

• Lease Duration: Since my official research stay at TUM runs through 2027, I am looking for a long-term room (ideally 1 year or longer). My ideal move-in date is September 1st, 2026, but I am flexible on the exact start date if needed.
