Hi! My name is Yubo, I am 22 years old and come from China. I will start my Master’s in Applied and Engineering Physics (AEP) at TUM in October 2026 and am looking for a room in Garching or nearby.

I am looking for a WG room, student apartment, or small studio for a long-term stay. I will arrive in Munich on September 24, but I can start the rental earlier if necessary.

I am quiet, friendly, tidy, and responsible. I don’t smoke and don’t have any pets. I respect others’ privacy and keep shared spaces clean.

I am financially secure and have an Expatrio blocked account (Sperrkonto) with a fixed monthly payout for my living expenses. My budget is €650–850 per month.
