Hello, My name is Yi Wang. I will start my M.Sc. in Automotive Engineering at TUM in WS2026 and I am currently looking for long-term accomodation in or near Garching. Ideally, I would like to move around 22 September and stay for approximately two years or longer. I’m interested in single room or flat with single room.

A little about myself: I am a quiet tidy and responsible tenant and I do not smoke. In my free time I enjoy sports traveling, cooking and spending time with friends. I have previously studied in the international environment and enjoy meeting people from different backgrounds. At the same time. I respect other people’s privacy and the personal space and appreciate a clean and peaceful living environment.

I have already received my official admission from TUM and can provide my admission letter identification, and any other documents required for the rental process. I would also be happy to arrange an online viewing and introduce myself via video call if necessary.
