Looking for a private room in a WG near TUM Garching

I'm coming to Munich from India as a master's student in Quantum science and technology at TUM. I'm interested in getting a private room in a shared apartment or a studio near the Garching campus, preferably along the U6 line between Garching and Schwabing, Naufahrn bei Freising, Eching and other nearby areas, as long as I'm able to access the public transport easily.
My budget for the room is 750 Euros including everything. I'm open to increasing my budget slightly depending on the room and location.
KVR is essential.

I'm a non-smoker, non-drinker, vegetarian. I would prefer non smoker flatmates. I'm fine with drinking if it doesn't disturb anyone. I am an introvert and like to stay in my room for most of my time. I do not party.
I like to play a lot of badminton, chess, some football and table tennis. I also like to watch anime a lot. I would love to make new friends in Germany.
Looking for atleast a 1 year stay.
