Ich werde am 1.10. aus einem schönen 22qm Zimmer in einer 70qm Altbauwohnung ausziehen und suche einen Nachmieter.
Die Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer, 2 davon werden noch bis Ende November von meinem Mitbewohner Simon bewohnt. D.h. diese Wohnung ist zur Wg-Gründung gedacht, die 2. Person kann dann eben erst ab 1.12. einzeiehen.
Die Miete und die NK für mein 22 qm Zimmer ist genau die Hälfte des o.g. Preises.
Die Wohnung ist im Hochparterre, in den Zimmern sind Holzdielen, in Küche und Bad PVC-Böden, die Decken sind ca. 4m hoch! Sie liegt in einem verkehrsberuhigten Bereich, 2 Supermärkte sind in 1 und 5 min, U-Bahn in 3 min (damit in 6 min zum Bhf) zu Fuß entfernt.
