- gute Parkmöglichkeiten und Verkehrsanbindung, ca. 10 Gehminuten zur Uni
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Edeka, Penny, Netto) sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Mit dem Bus (Haltestelle um die Ecke) ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Innenstadt.
Die Uni ist perfekt für Studenten da sie sehr ruhig und in Uni nähe gelegen ist.
