Lampen und Gardinen gehören zur Ausstattung. Die Wohnung ist gemalert (weiß).
ca. 10 Minuten zur Innenstadt und zu diversen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, 10 Minuten zur Havel und zur historischen Inselstadt ... Bus- und Bahnanbindung optimal
Die Wohnung ist ideal für Singels ... Das Haus ist gepflegt, der Hausmeister kümmert sich liebevoll um seine "Schützlinge" ... Ich muss kurzfristig nach Bayern umziehen und suche daher jemand, der vor dem 28.2.2013 in die Wohnung einziehen möchte. Wahrscheinlich ziehe ich Anfang Januar aus, ggf. auch später ... Das kann dann gern individuell geklärt werden ...
