Die Wohnung hat 78 m², die sich auf 3 Zimmern verteilen und einen wunderschönen großen Balkon, der immer Sonne hat.
In der Küche und im Bad sind Fliesen verlegt, in der restlichen Wohnung liegt Laminat.
Die Einbauküche (ohne Kühlschrank) wird mit vermietet.
Wir haben lange als WG hier gewohnt, die Wohnung eignet sich aber auch super für Pärchen oder Familien mit einem Kind.
Von der südlichen Innenstadt kann man eigentlich alles in Halle mit der Straßenbahn oder mit dem Rad aus erreichen. Im direkten Umkreis sind zwei Haltestellen, beide 3-5 min entfernt. In die Stadt oder zur Uni kann man zur Not auch mal laufen, was ungefähr 15 min dauert. Ansonsten ist ein Bäcker, ein Friseur und auch ein Fitnessstudio um die Ecke.
Am beste wäre es, wenn du mir eine Email schreibst oder eine SMS , weil ich oft den ganzen Tag in der Uni oder bei der Arbeit bin, zur Not kannst du natürlich auch anrufen.
Die Wohnung wäre ab sofort frei und könnte sofort besichtigt werden. Also ran ans Telefon oder Laptop :)
