It´s a very beautiful 24 m2 single-apartment that has 2 rooms. In the big one is the kitchen included. The other one is the bathroom. The furniture is quite new and because its big windows and its location (1st floor), it´s very well lit up.
It belongs to the dorm "Wohnanlage Obertadt" and it´s close to the university of Medicine (just 20 minutes by foot or 10 with public transport) and quite nearby to the central university (just 20 minutes with public transport).
It´s very well located and connected. The tram station is just 2 minutes away from the apartment and with it you can get to the city centre or the main station in a few minutes (7 and 10 respectively).
There is as well near it, everything what you need: a supermarket, 2 banks, a doctor, a chemist´s, a newsagent´s...
The neighbourhood is quiet and safe. The other students who live here are very friendly and polite and are always willing to help you. There are some parks around and a green big area just behind the dorm, where you can go for a walk, cycling, jogging...Summing up, nice surroundings.
