Hallo!
Zum 01.10.2013 suche ich einen Nachmieter für eine sehr helle und schöne Wohnung mit 2 Zimmern. Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt in/über der Reuterpassage.
Folgendes zur Wohnung: Einbauküche von dem Vermieter, Badezimmer mit Dusche, Fenster und Waschmaschinenanschluss. Es befindet sich außerdem noch ein separater Waschraum im Haus. Gegen eine geringe Gebühr lassen sich die dort vorhandene Waschmaschine und Trockner nutzen. Als Abstellmöglichkeit ist ein großer und warmer Dachboden und ein Fahrradkeller vorhanden. Vom Wohnzimmer gelangt man auf den ca. 5qm großen Balkon. Parkplätze sind immer vorhanden und bei Bedarf ist ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz anmietbar.

Die Verkehrsanbindung (Bus und Straßenbahn )ist sehr gut, da die Wohnung am Reutershagen Markt liegt. Dementsprechend ist das Einkaufen auch sehr entspannt (Sky, Netto und Penny, Banken, Apotheke etc..)
