Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig (z.B. Wände) aber bzgl. Strom, Fenstern etc. gut in Schuss.
Die Wohnung muss vor Ende Februar geräumt werden. Die Gesamtmiete für einen Monat betträgt 590 ,-. Eine Kaution von 400 Euro sowie die Gesamtmiete ist im vorraus zu entrichten.
