Die Wohnung ist ca. 42qm groß, das Wohnzimmer hat eine Größe von ca. 18qm und das Schlafzimmer ist ca. 11qm groß.
Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne, aber leider kein Fenster.
Die Küche ist quadratisch praktisch gut, die Einbauküche kann evtl. Übernommen werden.
Im Flur befindet sich ein Einbauschrank.
Kabelfernsehen ist in der Miete enthalten und es besteht die Möglichkeit eines Breitband-Internet-Anschlusses über Kabeldeutschland oder bei der Telekom über die Telefondose.
Die Warmmiete liegt bei 385,-€
Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen in der Eutiner Str. 32 im EG.
Der Bus Richtung Zentrum ins in 5min zu Fuss zu erreichen und 10min später ist man schon in der Altstadt.
Die Eutiner Str. ist eine Parallelstraße zur Friedhofsallee.
Trotz der nähe zur Autobahn ist die Eutiner Straße ruhig und grün.
