Wir suchen einen Nachmieter zum 01.09. für unsere schöne Altbauwohnung-Maisonettewohnung mitten in Siegburg.
Sie besteht aus drei Etagen:
Unten befindet sich ein geräumiger Flur sowie zwei gleich große Schlafzimmer, wovon das eine auch als Büro genutzt werden könnte, sowie das Badezimmer mit Dusche, WC, neuem Waschbecken und Unterschrank.
In der mittleren Etage befindet sich die große Wohnküche mit Einbauküche sowie ein Balkon.
Die Galerie ist angrenzend an die Wohnküche und bildet die dritte Etage. Hier haben wir unser Wohnzimmer mit großer Couch eingerichtet.
Im Keller befindet sich ein Anschluss für die Waschmaschine und Platz für einen Trockner. Außerdem steht ein Kellerraum zur Verfügung.
Die Miete beträgt 715,00 Euro monatlich. An Strom und Gas haben wir pro Monat 156,00 Euro gezahlt.
Zur Wohnung gehört außerdem ein Carport-Stellplatz, sodass die schwierige Parkplatzsuche in der Innenstadt entfällt. Er kostet 25,00 Euro im Monat.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, man hat zu Fuß ca 12 Minuten zum Bahnhof, es fährt jedoch auch ein Bus dorthin, den man in 5 Minuten erreicht.
Zur Innenstadt sind es fußläufig ebenfalls fünf Minuten.
Die Kaution kann als Bankbürgschaft hinterlegt werden.
Wir haben die Wohnung als WG bewohnt, sie ist deshalb für WG's aber auch für Paare bestens geeignet.
