Wir suchen zum 01.01.15 einen Nachmieter für eine schöne Altbauwohnung. Insgesamt 3 Zimmer, davon 2 mit einem Durchgang verbunden, sowie Flur, Küche, Bad. Laminatfußboden, sehr schöner Süd-Balkon. Nach hinten raus sehr ruhig, nach vorne unverbauter, direkter Blick auf Schrevenpark und Rathausturm. Ein Kellerabteil ist vorhanden sowie Abstellfläche auf halber Treppe(ideal für Waschmaschine, Trockner...)
Direkt am Schrevenpark, beste Parkmöglichkeiten (Wilhelmplatz) und in 10 min zu Fuß in der Innenstadt, mit dem Fahrrad 10 min zur Uni. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Bushaltestelle, Kneipen etc. in kürzester Zeit erreichbar.
Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspülmaschine, Regale etc. kann auf Wunsch vom Vormieter gegen kleines Entgelt übernommen werden.
