The building lies in the Rixdorf area: Rixdorf used to be a medieval village outside Berlin, now just part of the multicultural Neukölln. In the nearby area of Richardplatz you can find many bowed narrow roads, old bulding and an ancient church, all very rare to find in Berlin. Cars must drive almost at walking pace (10 KwH) in the whole area.
2 minutes walking distance to station Sonnenallee (Ringbahn) and 6 minutes walking distance to station Neukölln (U7 and S-trains); 2 different bus stops are very close and leads directly to Hermannplatz (U8) and to other districts like Tempelhof, Schöneberg, Mitte (Potsdamer Platz) and to Schönefeld airport. An access to the city-highway A100 is at 4 minutes driving distance.
