The balcony is equipped with table and chairs and is accessible from the living room.
We have a 150k line of Vodafone including fixed-line telephone, so you don't have to worry if everyone in his room looks at Netflix or the like.
A small storage room in the apartment offers space for vacuum cleaners and co.
In the basement is our washing machine, the bicycle cellar, a drying room and a cellar belonging to the apartment.
In addition, in front of the house there is a car parking space belonging to the apartment, which Sonja takes as well as never.

Die Wohnung ist 73 m² groß.
Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet mit Herd, Backofen, Spülmaschine, Mikrowelle und einem Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach.
Bad und WC sind voneinander getrennt, wodurch morgens auch kein Stau entsteht.
Der Balkon ist mit Tisch und Stühlen ausgestattet und vom Wohnzimmer aus betretbar.
Wir haben eine 150k Leitung von Vodafone inklusive Festnetztelefon, also muss man sich keine Sorgen machen, falls mal jeder in seinem Zimmer Netflix schaut o.ä.
Ein kleiner Abstellraum in der Wohnung bietet Platz für Staubsauger und Co.
Im Keller befindet sich unsere Waschmaschine, der Fahrradkeller, ein Trockenraum und ein zur Wohnung gehörender Kellerraum.
Zusätzlich befindet sich vor dem Haus ein zur Wohnung gehörender Auto-Stellplatz, den Sonja so gut wie nie in Anspruch nimmt.
