Suche umsichtige Mieter (max. 2 Personen) für meine schöne, voll möblierte 3- Zimmer- Wohnung in saniertem Altbau in Berlin Mitte-Tiergarten/ Moabit. Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 1290 €/ Monat (VB).
Die Wohnung liegt im Vorderhaus im 4. OG (ohne Aufzug), ist hell und ruhig, mit netter Nachbarschaft.
Die beiden größeren Zimmer sind etwa 26 m2 und 22 m2 groß und über große Flügeltüren miteinander verbunden. Das dritte Zimmer (ca. 9m2+ Hochbett) geht zum Hof raus. Das Wannenbad (mit Fenster) hat ca. 5m2, die Wohnküche 20 m2, dazu kommt ein sonniger Südbalkon.
Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und individuell möbliert, Kücheneinrichtung sowie Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind ebenfalls vorhanden, ebenso ein DSL- Anschluss (50mbit) mit WLAN sowie ein kleiner Fernseher.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Spree und zum Tiergarten, in einem ruhigen Wohnviertel mit mehreren Cafes und Kneipen, vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (auch Bioladen), sowie sehr guter Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel: je 5 min. Fußweg zur U Turmstraße und U Hansaplatz (U9), je 10 min. zur S- Bahn Bellevue und S Tiergarten. Mit dem Bus TXL ist man in kürzester Zeit am Flughafen Tegel oder am Hauptbahnhof. Die TU und die Charite sind ebenfalls nahegelegen.
Es handelt sich um eine gepflegte Nichtraucherwohnung, das Rauchen ist daher nur auf dem Balkon gestattet.
Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet.

The rent is 1290 € per month (negotiable) including all bills and internet.
Two large rooms (26 m2 and 22 m2, with queen size bed), third room approx. 9 m2+ loft bed, kitchen- dining area (20 m2), hallway (10 m2), bathroom (5 m2 with window, bath tub, shower and washing machine) plus generous sunny south- facing balcony.
Fully equiped kitchen (dishwasher), bed linen and towels are also provided, Wifi (50 mbit), small TV.
Location close to River Spree and Tiergarten Park, quiet residential area with several cafes, bars and shops (including health food store) and very good access to public transport: 5 min. walk to the underground U Hansaplatz or U Turmstraße (U9), 10 min. to S- Bahn S Bellevue or S Tiergarten.
Tegel airport and central station are only a short bus drive away. TU university and Charite are also nearby.
Smoking is allowed only on the balcony.
