Die Wohnung hat ein neues Bad mit Dusche und Wanne, 1 großes Wohn/Esszimmer mit Dielenböden, 1 Küche und 2 weitere Zimmer, welche als Schlaf/Kinder oder Arbeitszimmer genutzt werden könnten. Zu der Wohnung gehören noch ein Gartenanteil, ein kleiner Keller und ein Stellplatz. Eine Garage könnte ggf. später hinzugemietet werden. Einen Balkon hat die Wohnung nicht. Die Wohnung vefügt über eigene Wasser/Gaszähler. Die Wohnung ist ideal für ein berufstätiges Paar, welches nach der Arbeit gerne im Grünen wohnen möchte und Spass am Garten hat. Die Wohnung wäre auch geeigent für eine junge Familie mit 1 Kind. Die Wohnung kann nach Vereinbarung bezogen werden.
Die Kaltmiete beträgt 320€/Monat + 70€ NK + 70€ HK. Hundehaltung ist nicht erwünscht.
