Hallo!
Ich ziehe ab mitte Dezember aus, deshalb suche ich ein Untermiter/in für mein kleines WG-Zimmer.
Die Wochnung istrelative klein aber du findest darin alles was du brauchst: Waschmaschine, Schpülmaschine, badewanne, Backoffer, Mikrowelle...
(Leider das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert.)
Meine Bitbewohner und Mitbewohnerin sind alle sehr nett und freundlich, sie studieren hier.
Die Wohnung liegt super zentrale. Man kann TU in 15 min, Hauptbanhof in 10 min. und Haltestelle der Linie 8, 3 in 2 min. zu Fuß erreichen.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten sich auch viel: Netto, Aldi, Rewe am Hauptbanhof.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig, die liegt Richtung Hinterhof, sowie die Umgebung auch.
