Die Wohnung wurde vor 6 Monaten komplett renoviert. Neuer PVC Boden in der ganzen Wohnung. Und auch das Bad wurde komplett neu gemacht.
Es gibt eine Küche, die wir gerne in der Wohnung lassen würden. Die Küche hat einen Induktionsherd, Waschmaschine, Waschbecken, Kühlschrank, Mirkowelle mit Ofenfunktion und bei Bedarf auch Geschir. Die genannten Gegenstände können auf Verhandlungsbasis gerne übernommen werden.
In 5-7 Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei der S-Bahn Station, die einen in 10 Minuten in die Innenstadt bringt. Alternativ gibt es auch eine Bushalte in 3-5 Minuten Entfernung, der Bus braucht 15min in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig und in nur wenigen Minuten ist man im Grünen. Auch Sportanlagen sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Ein ALDI ist ebenfalls in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Und die S-Bahn hält bei einem REWE.
