I rent my well maintained apartment BEFRISTET. Please read the text carefully and tell you about yourself in your request. I place the greatest value on a careful and pleasing approach to the apartment and the furnishings.

Part of the contract is the supply of my easy-care and worn cat (feeding, cleaning kittens, brushing) as well as the pouring of flowers on the balcony and in the apartment.

The apartment has a bedroom and the rest is open. You get the bedroom and can use everything else. The kitchen is fully equipped, I do not follow any food regulations whatsoever :-). The bed is 180x200 and the bedroom is out to the garden, so very quiet. If you need to smoke, you can do this on the balcony. There is no TV, but of course wlan. There is a TG pitch available.

Parties and other pitiful activities such as bachelor farewell are not allowed! No shoes in the apartment.

Vertragsbestandteil ist die Versorgung meiner pflegeleichten und verschmusten Katze (Füttern, Klöchen säubern, Streicheln) sowie das Gießen der Blumen auf dem Balkon und in der Wohnung.

Die Wohnung hat ein Schlafzimmer und der Rest ist offen. Sie bekommen das Schlafzimmer und können alles andere nutzen. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, ich folge keinen Speisevorschriften egal welcher Art :-). Das Bett ist 180x200 und das Schlafzimmer liegt zum Garten raus, also sehr ruhig. Falls Sie rauchen müssen, können Sie das auf dem Balkon tun. Es gibt keinen TV, aber natürlich wlan. Es steht ein TG Stellplatz zur Verfügung.

Parties und andere nachbarschaftsschädliche Aktivitäten wie JunggesellInnenabschied sind nicht erlaubt! Bitte keine Schuhe in der Wohnung.
