Wir geben unsere Wohnung im Stuttgarter Norden (Knollstraße 5B) im Juli auf und können bei Vonovia einen Nachmieter vorschlagen. Nach einer positiven Bonitätsprüfung stellt Vonvia einen Mietvertrag aus. Die Einbauküche muss dabei übernommen werden und kostet 800€, dabei ist der Kühlschrank, Herd mit Backofen und Spülmaschine. Die Wohnung wurde lange als WG genutzt (mit 3 Bewohnern), dann als Pärchen Wohnung, dann mit kleinem Kind und zum Schluss wieder als WG. Die Wohnung wurde 2013 renoviert, alle Wände sind weiß, es ist ein Altbau mit hohen Decken.
Die Wohnung befindet sich an der Haltestelle Mittnachstraße, von hier kommt man mit der U12 in 5 min zum Hauptbahnhof. Zum Nordbahnhof sind es ca. 10 min zu Fuß. Milano, Lidl, Norma, Plaza (skatepark) sind in wenigen Minuten Fußläufig zu erreichen. Wenn die S-Bahn Haltestelle Mittnachtstraße fertig ist hat man auch alle S-Bahn Linien vor der Haustüre ;)
