Hallo zusammen,
ich biete ab 26.06. bis 14.08.2016 eine schöne und geräumige 1-Zimmer-Wohnung an. Die Wohnung ist ca. 42 m2 groß und hat einen tollen großen Balkon mit Südlage.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, nicht mal 5 Minuten von der U-Bahn Hallerstraße entfernt. Man ist in weniger als 10 Minuten an der Alster und der Bus (15) vor der Tür fährt in die Schanze und nach Altona. Es gibt zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Netto etc) und viele Restaurants und Cafés. Die Uni befindet sich auch direkt um die Ecke.
Ansonsten wird die Wohnung vollmöbliert vermietet. Hier stehen ein 1,40-Bett, Sofa, großer Fernseher, Kleiderschrank, Esstisch etc. Es gibt ein Duschbad und eine voll ausgestattete Küche(mit Spülmaschine)
Es ist auch möglich die Wohnung für einen Monat zu mieten.
