Hallo Ihr Lieben,
da ich im Sommer eine Zeit verreist bin, vermiete ich meine wunderschöne 2 Zimmer-Whg in Mitte vom 24.07.-10.08. unter. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche (kein Geschirrspüler) und allem was macht braucht. Meine persönlichen Sachen werde ich natürlich auch drin lassen.
Eine komplette Monatsmiete kostet 620,-€ + 30,-€ Strom + 20,-€ DSL - deswegen würde ich für die Zeit 350,-€ verlangen wollen.

as I will be travelling in the summer, I am subrenting my beautiful 2 room apartment in Berlin-Mitte from July 24th to August 10th. The apartment is fully furnished and has everything you will need (apart from a dish-washer). My personal stuff will stay in the flat during the time.
My monthly rent is 620,-€ + 30,-€ electricity + 20,-€ DSL, so I will ask for 350,-€ for the above mentioned period.
Die Wohnung ist direkt an der ehemaligen Mauer (U Bernauer Straße) und somit Grenze zu Wedding und Prenzlauer Berg. Drumherum gibt es alles, was das Herz begehrt: der Rosenthaler Platz mit seinen Kneipen und Clubs ist nur 7 min zu Fuß entfernt, im Mauerpark ist man in 10 min. Supermarkt und diverse U- und S-Bahn-Stationen sind alle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig gelegen.
The flat is located directly at the former Berlin Wall (U-Bahn Bernauer Straße) and therefore at the borders to Wedding and Prenzlauer Berg. In the surroundings you will find everything you will need: the Rosenthaler Platz with numerous bars, clubs, etc is 7 mins walking distance and the Mauerpark only 10 mins. Supermarkets and several stations for S- and U-Bahn are all closeby. Having said that, the apartment is still in a very quiet street.
Bitte habt Verständnis, dass ich die Whg für mindestens 2 Wochen am Stück vernieten möchte, da es sich sonst für mich nicht lohnt.
Ruft mich gerne an (nach 18.00 Uhr) bei Fragen, für Besichtigungstermine, etc.
