Das Zimmer ist ca 16 qm groß und hat 3-4 Meter hohe Decken. Es steht ein Bett, ein kleines Regal, Tisch und ein Sofa im Raum. Das Zimmer ist von November bis Mitte Dezember zur Zwischenmiete frei und wird möbeliert vermietet. Die komplette Warmmiete liegt bei 330 € (mit allem Drum und Dran:-))
Evtl. auf Option mit Verlängerung.
Die Wohnung liegt direkt zwischen der S-Bahn Haltestelle Trimbornstrasse (S12/S13/S19/RB25 - 4 Minuten
Wegzeit) und der U-Bahn Haltestelle Kalk Post/ Bushaltestelle Kalk Post (U1/U9/159/150 - 3 Minuten).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind massig vorhanden, da die Wohnung direkt neben den Köln Arkaden liegt. In nächster Nähe ist auch noch ein Lidl/Aldi und ein Bauhaus zu finden.
Zu den Insassen - Moritz, Sven und Basti
Die drei sind eine sehr liebe und nette, lustige Truppe. Es wird gerne gekocht und gequatscht.
Moritz studiert in Bonn und ist Koch.
Sven studiert und interessiert sich sehr für Theater und Kunst.
Basti ist Schreiner studiert Kunst und spielt nebenher in 2 Bands (zieht auch in nächster Zeit aus)
Hier gilt das Motto alles kann nichts muss. :-)
