Wir suchen schweren Herzens aufgrund Umzugs für unsere tolle Altstadtwohnung einen zuverlässigen Nachmieter für Anfang Januar. Die Lage ist bombastisch direkt bei der Steinernen Brücke und es ist ein Altbau mit hohen Decken.
Küche und Bad nicht allzu gross, jedoch vollkommend ausreichend. Ein kleiner Abstellbereich in der Wohnung ist auch vorhanden.
Bewohnerparken ist möglich.
Einige Möbel bzw. Geräte müssten übernommen werden (hierzu dann noch individuelle Absprache).
