Hello, One room is available in a 6 room apartment in Offenbach. It is 4 mins by foot to Marktplatz Station. There are 3 bathroom/WCs in the flat, so typically 2 people share 1 and it is quite convenient. All grocery stores are closeby - Penny, Rewe and Aldi to name a few. There are eating places closeby and a short walk takes you to Offenbach Marktplatz where you can find everything that you need. There is a pharmacy, a bakery and a laundry place right below the building. The room is entirely furnished. There is a bed, a closet, a study-table and chair,mattresses-pillows and a medium sized rack. The room is 13 sqm and has two windows that provide ample light and ventilation. The rent is all inclusive of water, heating, electricity and internet. All the other tenants in the apartment come from various parts of the globe and hence the atmosphere is very international.
There is a common kitchen cum living room that is quite big. All the common areas are cleaned once in two weeks (including the bathrooms).
Close to Marktplatz S bahn and Bus Station. Takes about 4-5 mins on foot to get there. It is extremely convenient. The connectivity in the night time is also good as there are Nacht Buses available from Frankfurt to Offenbach.
To reach the airport or Frankfurt city is quite convenient as there are direct trains.
You can reach the market place in 4-5 minutes where you can find everything that you need.
