Sie liegt im 4 OG mit Aufzug. Sie ist komplett Möbliert, Küche und Bad sind voll ausgestattet.
WLAN ist vorhanden und auch ein Festnetzanschluss.
Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner befinden sich im Keller des Hauses und ist für alle nutzbar.
Waschen/Trocknen kostet zwischen 1-2€.
Man braucht 4 min zur U-Bahn, Tram und zum Bus.
Um die Ecke hat man alles was man braucht Supermärkte, Post, Apotheke...
Die Gegend ist sehr angenehm und gemütlich!
Die Wohnung liegt im schönen Teil von Obergiesing an der Tegernseeer Landstraße (ruhiger Teil) um die Ecke sind Bus (58 / 148 / X30) Tram (25 / 17 ), und die U2. Somit ist man schnell überall! Natürlich auch mit dem Fahrrad an der Isar!
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles um die Ecke (Edeka, Penny, Vollkorner, DM, Vollcorner, Apotheke, Papeterie, Friseur...)
Auch Bars und Restaurants sind fussläufig erreichbar.
Hier ist Bewohnerparken... jedoch passiert hier ohne Ausweis kaum was!
Die Wohnung ist von 08.10.-08.11.2017 an zur untermiete frei!
