Das Zimmer hat 15 qm, ist hell und und freundlich. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 2,5 Zimmer, eine Wohnküche/Einbauküche und Essplatz. Das WC ist separat und es ist ein Balkon vorhanden.
Die Wohnung ist verkehrsgünstig gelegen, es gibt in 5 min. Entfernung eine Straßenbahn und mehrere Buslinien. Die U 5 und mehrere S-Bahn Linien sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Ärzte gibt es in näherer Umgebung.
Der Westpark so wie der Hirschgarten sind ca. 15 min. entfernt.
Ich bin berufstätig, und deshalb viel außer Haus. Gerne würde ich aber ab und an zusammen kochen oder ein Feierabend-Bier mit meinem zukünftigen Mitbewohner trinken.
Es ist aber natürlich auch wichtig, das jeder seine Rückzugsmöglichkeit hat.
Ich heiße Marvin Gellert, bin 20 Jahre alt, berufstätig und würde mich freuen wenn Du ebenfalls berufstätig oder in der Ausbildung bist.
Wichtig ist mir ebenfalls eine gewisse Ordnung und Sauberkeit.
