I'm renting out my beautiful loft in Prenzlauerberg (renovated in 2018) its a big square-spaced apartment, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a 4meter high ceiling, and a huge terrace overlooking the park. The apartment is completely furnished with designer furniture and the apartment has everything you need, from a comfy couch to a Sonos music speaker. The bedroom you can close off completely. It has a big bathroom with a big waterfall shower.

In the heart of Kollwitz kiez in Prenzlauer. Tram lines M2 & M10 leading to Alexanderplatz, Friedrichshain and Mauerpark. Alexanderplatz is 7 minutes by tram. There is a nice cafe and bio supermarket directly downstairs.
In the Kollwitz kiez there are tons of bars, restaurants and nice shops.
You will live alone so nothing to mention on room mates ;)
The apartment is super quiet en cool in the summer - I took it directly after it was refurbished.
