Gepflegte, helle Wohnung in coolem Kiez

Die Wohnung ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Zur SBahn sind es 7 Minuten zu Fuß, mit der man dann in 5 Minuten an der Friedrichstraße und auch sehr schnell am Potsdamer Platz ist oder eine Station weiter Anbindung an die Ringbahn hat. Ebenfalls nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß sind es zur U6 Richtung Tegel oder Kreuzberg. Ansonsten ist es ein cooler Kiez, an der Straßenecke ist ein gemütliches Cafe gelegen, wo man selbst gebackenen Kuchen bekommt, aber auch leckeres türkisches Frühstück und die besten Croissants. In der Parallelstraße gibt es eine tolle kleine Bar, die am Wochenende immer voller Leute aus der Nachbarschaft ist, eine andere nette Kneipe für ein uriges Bier oder ein Grillnachmittag mit Nachbarn und eine super gutes vegetarisches italienisches Restaurant. Super praktisch ist auch der Penny und Aldi Supermarkt zum Einkaufen gleich an der nächsten Kreuzung (2 Minuten).

The apartment is very conveniently located. It is a 7 minute walk to the SBahn, with which you can reach Friedrichstraße in 5 minutes and Potsdamer Platz very quickly or have one station further to the Ringbahn. Its also only 5 minutes walk to the U6 direction Tegel or Kreuzberg. Otherwise it is a cool neighbourhood, at the street corner there is a cozy cafe where you can get homemade cakes, but also delicious Turkish breakfast and the best croissants. Also just around the corner there is a great little bar that is always full of people from the neighbourhood on weekends, another nice pub for a rustic beer or a barbecue afternoon and a super good vegetarian Italian restaurant. The Penny and Aldi supermarkets at the next intersection (2 minutes walk) are also very convenient.

Ich lege sehr viel Wert auf Ordnung und Sauberkeit in meiner Wohnung, daher suche ich jemanden, der die gleichen Werte teilt. Ich möchte meine Wohnung ungern schmutzig oder beschädigt zurück bekommen. Die Wohnung ist nur für den kompletten Zeitraum und auch nur für die angegebene Miete zu bekommen. Gerne können wir dann einen Besichtigungstermin und ein persönliches Treffen vereinbaren, um uns auch kennenzulernen. DIe Übergabe sollte auf jeden Fall persönlich stattfinden.
