Ich vermiete meine Wohnung mit kurzzeitiger Befristung, da mein Mietvertrag Ende des Monats ausläuft und ich keinen Nachmieter habe. Menschen,die eine gute Übergangslösungsuchen,sind hier richtig. Die Wohnung ist riesig, bei der Küche handelt es sich um eine Wohnküche mit Balkon. Die Zimmer sind unmöbliert, Küche mit Elektrogeräten ist aber vorhanden, ebenso Regalfächer für Klamotten. Bett, Tisch und Stühle müsstest du für die 4 Wochen also mitbringen.
Ich vermiete nur an eine Einzelperson (evtl mit Kind) und Nichtraucher. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt.
Die Lage ist die beste in Fürth, direkt neben der U-Bahn und am Frankenschnellweg, Geschäfte,Stadtpark, alles in der Nähe.
