Im Hochparterre befindet sich die besonders großzügig geschnittene Wohnung. Sie verfügt über zwei fast identische ca. 30m² große und helle Zimmer mit Fenster in Südwest Richtung. Somit scheint tagsüber die Sonne herrlich in die beiden Zimmer hinein.
Beide Zimmer sind ab 1.Februar 2018 frei. Der hier angegebene Mietpreis gilt jeweils für 1 Zimmer.
1 Zimmer links und 1 Zimmer rechts. Dazwischen Bad und Küche, sowie eine Garderobenecke
im Flur. Die beiden Zimmer sind mit Fertigparkett ausgestattet, ansonsten ist die Wohnung gefliest.
Ein recht geräumiger Keller und ein Fahrradkeller sind vorhanden.
Die Zimmer sind unmöbiliert, jedoch kann das Mobiliar des Vormieters übernommen werden nach Rücksprache.
The spacious appartment is located in the 1st floor. Both bedrooms are identically and ca. 30m² each with a huge window front which makes both rooms very bright and nice.
The appartment is available from february 1st. The shown price is for one room.
One room left and one room right and in the middle you can find bathroom with bathtub and space for a washing machine and next to it kitchen with a lot of space also for a Dining table. Moreover the is a wardrobe with plenty of space.
The room will be rented without furniture, nevertheless furniture can be taken over from the current tenant.
You have your own cellar and can use the bicycle storage room.
Die Wohnung liegt ruhig und trotzdem noch zentral im südlichen Schöneberg direkt an der Grenze zu Steglitz. Sie hat einen schönen Ausblick auf die Gartenkolonie der anderen Straßenseite. Die Straße ist ein Wendehammer, daher wenig Verkehr und viele Bäume.
- Die nächste ÖPNV Haltestelle "Insulaner" ist fuß läufig sehr nah in 3min erreichbar.
- Schloßstraße in Steglitz in 6 min,
- Zoo/Kudamm in 15 min und auch
- Uni Dahlem in 15 min mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar.
The appartment is located in a calm but still central area in the south of Berlin Schöneberg next to Steglitz. You have a beautiful view on the allotments/gardens on the other side of the calm street. The street is a turning bay which means almost no traffic and many trees.
- The closest local public Transport Station "Insulaner" is 3 mins Walking distance.
- Schloßstraße with its huge shopping malls you can reach in 6mins,
- Zoo/Kudamm in 15 mins and
- University Dahlem in 15 mins with public Transport.
Es werden sympathische freundliche und ordentliche WG Mitbewohner gesucht. Es kann auch durch 2 Personen eine komplett neue WG gegründet werden, da beide Zimmer zum 1.Februar 2018 frei werden.

Es besteht die Möglichkeit den Internet und Kabelanschluss mit Kabel Deutschland direkt ohne Wartezeit zu übernehmen vom Vormieter.
