ich suche jemanden der meine Wohnung ab 01.05 ( oder etwas früher ) übernehmen kann.
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer ( 30m2 ) mit eingebaute Küche, ein Badezimmer ( mit Badewanne ) und eim Schlafzimmer ( 15m2 ). Es befindet sich im Dachgeschoss (es gibt einen Fahrstuhl) eines Altbaus und ist deswegen sehr hell. In der Wohnung gibt es schon eine Küche ( mit Kühlschrank/Gefriertruhe/Herd/Spüle).

I am Looking for someone to take my flat over from the 1 st of may ( or something earlier )
The flat has a beautiful living room ( 30 m2 ) with included kitchen, a bathroom ( with bath ) and a bedroom ( 15 m2 ) . The flat is in the last floor of an early 20th house, it’s bright and quiet, and there is an elevator. In kitchen there is a fridge with freezer, an oven and a cooking field.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Mitte von Südvorstadt und Connewitz. In drei Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die htwk und die Haltestellen der Straßenbahn ( Linie 9 / 10 und 11 ). Noch näher gibt es auch den Bus 89 der direkt zum Bahnhof fährt. Die Straße ist sehr ruhig und in 30 Meter Entfernung gibt es den Park und den Fockeberg. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 7 Minuten in der Innenstadt.

The flat is located between Sudvorstadt and Connewitz. The whole street is quiet and just 30 meters away there is the fockeberg park. In 3 minutes one has reached the HTWK and then Tram stop ( ligne 9/10/11 all go to city center ) and in case you would rather take the bus, the 89 comes 2 minutes away.
Obviously one can bike to everywhere, down town or out town to the lakes ( in 15 minutes reached )
Einen Bioloden und einen Späti sind an der Ecke der nächsten Straße. In 100 Meter Entfernung gibt es einen lidl und noch ein bisschen weiter weg gibt es einen großen Rewe beim Connewitz Kreuz.
Bei der Karlie findet man fast 50 bars und beim Connewitzer Kreuz gibt es ein paar gute clubs.
Ein kleines Paradies...

At the angle of the street there are two little grocerie shop and 100 meters away there is a lidl. If you go to connewiitz, you will find a big rewe. Then them vibrant “karli” is just near by, I think over the whole street there must be at least 50 bars....
It’s a nice place.
