Die Wohnung wird teils-möbiliert vergeben. Bedeutet alles nötige (Bett/Couch/Kühlschrank/Dusche/WC) ist vorhanden den rest hab ich aber schon abgeholt.
Der Zeitraum ist variabel. Einzug kann ab sofort geschehen auszug spätestens 10.8. Kürzer ist auch kein Problem
Wohnung ist eine Nichtrauchrer Wohnung. Auf dem Balkon kann aber geraucht werden.

Obwohl in Reinickendorf besitzt die Wohnung eine Super Lage durch die Anbindung an den Bus 128 und 120 und der U8.
10min zu Franzneumann Platz U8/ 2 min zum Bus 128/ 2min zum Bus 120 / Alexanderplatz in 25 min / Hauptbahnhof in 20 min / Gesundbrunnen 15min/ Flughafen Tegel in 20 min.
Weiterhin befinden sich in 10 min Fußweg nähe LIDL, Netto, Edeka und in 20min Fußweg oder 5min Bus Kaufland/Osloer Str.
Die Gegend ist soweit ruhig. Liegt im Flugbereich Tegels wovon man aber in der Wohnung nichts mitbekommt.
Der Balkon ist im Sommer gold Wert, da ab Mittag die Sonne drauf scheint.
