The kitchen belongs to the building but other furniture are also up for take-over, and I actually prefer the next tenant to take over all the furniture. The apartment also has a private basement space and a small backyard shared garden which could be used for barbecue parties and drying the washed clothes!

Ubahn (U42) train station is just 5 minutes of walking distance away!
All sorts of shops and supermarkets, Kaufland, REWE, Rossman, Bio, KIK, etc. are just 5-10 minute of walking distance! Every week on Tuesday and Saturday there is an open mall with all sorts of cheep stuff in Harkort street. Also occasionally there are free and public entertainment events in the central square of Harkort street which is exactly accross the apartment!
On the other hand the quiet and comfort of this place is rarely found!
I'm leaving only because I'm moving to Denmark, otherwise I wouldn't lose it!
