Mein Freund und ich werden von Oktober ‘18 bis inklusive Juni ‘19 eine 9-monatige Weltreise machen. Für diese Zeit möchten wir unsere tolle möblierte Wohnung am Zionskirchplatz, an der Grenze zwischen Prenzlauer Berg und Mitte, an vertrauenswürdige, liebe Menschen untervermieten. :)
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Wohnen und Wohlfühlen braucht: Küche inklusive jeglicher Küchengeräte, Waschmaschine, ein großer Kühlschrank, Beamer, WLAN-fähiger Farb-Laser Drucker, riesiges Whiteboard und WLAN bis raus an den Zionskirchplatz. Das WLAN und alle Nebenkosten (Strom, Wasser, Heizung) sowie unsere Möbel (auch Geschirr und Besteck) sind alle im Mietpreis inklusive!
Die Wohnung hat ein großes Wohnzimmer (mit gemütlicher L-Couch, die sich zusammen mit dem Beamer perfekt anbietet zum gemeinsamen Filmeschauen), ein Schlafzimmer (1,80 Doppelbett, großer Kleiderschrank, Kommode), eine Essküche, ein Badezimmer (Badewanne/Dusche, WC, Waschmaschine) und einen Flur mit großzügigem Abstellraum.

Hi there!
My boyfriend and myself will go on a 9-month-world trip from October ‘18 till inclusively June ‘19. For that time period we want to find nice and trustworthy people to sub-let our awesome furnished apartment at Zionskirchplatz, at the border between Prenzlauer Bergand Mitte :).
Everything you would wish for a nice living and well-being atmosphere is there: A kitchen with all of our kitchen machines and utensils, washing machine, a big fridge, beamer, WLAN connected color-laser printer, huge whiteboard and WLAN that reaches as far as Zionskirchplatz so that you can enjoy the internet outside as well. WLAN and all the warm costs (electricity, water, heating) as well as our furniture is included in the sub-letting price.
The apartment has a big living room (with a comfy L-couch that together with the beamer is perfect for watching movies à la cinema style together), a bedroom (1,80 m king size bed, big wardrobe, dresser), a kitchen with a slim dining table, a bathroom (bathtub/shower, WC, washing machine) and a hall with a lot of room to store things.
Lage
Die Lage lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig - direkt am wenig befahrenen, leisen Zionskirchplatz mit Ausblick auf die Kirche und das Grün (was die Kirchenglocken angeht - die Fenster sind super schalldicht!). Ein paar Meter entfernt von der quirligen Kastanienallee gibt es schöne Restaurants, den Weinbergspark, den Arkonaplatz (mit Obst- und Gemüsemarkt jeden Freitag und Flohmarkt jeden Sonntag) und - ein paar Meter weiter weg - den Mauerpark. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr lieb, und und im gemeinsamen Hinterhof findet auch immer mal wieder ein gemeinsames Geburtstags- oder Grillfest statt.
Auch der BVG-Anschluss ist super:
+ 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Tram M1/M12 Zionskirchplatz
+ 7 Minuten zu Fuß zur Tram M8 Invaliden-/Brunnenstr.
+ 7 Minuten zu Fuß zur U-Bernauer Straße
+ 9 Minuten zu Fuß zum U-Rosenthalerplatz
+ 9 Minuten zu Fuß zur Tram M10 Wolliner Str.
LIDL und Edeka sind jeweils 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und ein Hermes- und DHL-Shop ist gleich um die Ecke, ebenso eine Apotheke und ein Allgemeinarzt und Zahnarzt.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten an dem coworking space “Factory”, in 10 Minuten am Hackeschen
Markt oder an der Schönhauser Allee/Ringbahn, in 15 Minuten am Alex oder am Hauptbahnhof.

Surroundings
The surroundings don’t let you wish for more - the apartment is directly located at hardly driven by and thus quiet Zionskirchplatz with a look-out directly to the church and the greenery (concerning the church bells: the windows are super sound-proof!). A few meters away there is lively Kastanienallee with all its nice restaurants, Weinbergspark, Arkonaplatz (with regular fruits and veggies market on Fridays and flee market on Sundays) - and a little bit further away there is Mauerpark.
The neighbors are super nice and in the shared backyard we sometimes even celebrate a birthday or have a barbecue together.
The location is also great in BVG terms:
+ 3 mins by foot to Tram M1/M12 Zionskirchplatz
+ 7 mins by foot to Tram M8 Invaliden-/Brunnenstr.
+ 7 mins by foot to U-Bernauer Straße
+ 9 mins by foot to U-Rosenthalerplatz
+ 9 mins by foot to Tram M10 Wolliner Str.
For groceries LIDL and Edeka are 5 mins away by foot and Hermes and DHL are right around the corner, as well as an apothecary, a general practitioner and a dentist.
By bike you need 5 minutes to get to the coworking space “Factory”, 10 minutes to Hackescher Markt, Schönhauser Allee/Ringbahn and 15 minutes to Alex and the central station.
