As I am leaving Germany, I would like to find next tenants for my beautiful apartment. Because I cannot bringing anything with me, I am going to leave all the furniture in the apartment including the kitchen. Therefore, you will have to take the furniture if you want to rent the apartment.

Die Lage im Dornbusch ist angenehm. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und gelassen. Das Haus selbst von Bäumen umgeben. Trotzdem ist die nächste Bushaltestelle nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Die nächste U-Bahn-Station ca. 5 min zu Fuß, wobei hier vier verschiedene Linien fahren und die Station daher sehr oft frequentiert ist.
Ein Rewe-Markt auf Höhe der U-Bahnstation sorgt für Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ebenso sind verschiedene Bäckereien, ein Bio-Markt. ein Obstladen und diverse Restaurants und Cafés fußläufig erreichbar. Angrenzend ist auch der Sinai-Park, wo man das gute Wetter genießen kann.

The Dornbush area is a peaceful place to live. The neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. The house itself is surrounded by trees. Nevertheless, the nearest bus stop is only a 2 minute walk away. The nearest subway station is about 5 minutes by foot, whereby four different lines run here and the station is therefore very often frequented.
A Rewe supermarket at the underground station provides shopping facilities. There are also various bakeries, an bio-market, a fruit shop and various restaurants and cafés within walking distance. Nearby is also Sinai Park, where you can enjoy the good weather.
Da mein Mitbewohner um 31.10 Uhr ausziehen will, suche ich jemanden, der ihn bis Ende Oktober in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer lassen kann. Seine monatliche Miete geht natürlich dann auf dein Bankkonto.
