Das Haus ist ein Mehrgenerationen Haus, welches unsere Familie selber gebaut hat.
In unsrer Wohnung vermieten wir 1 Zimmer, einen Wohn-Essbereich, einen Flur und ein Badezimmer.
Das ganze Haus ist aus Vollholz, es ist sehr gemütlich und durch die großen Fenster sehr hell und freundlich.
Die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist sehr gut, zu Fuß sind es 1 min zum Bus, 8 min zur U-Bahn
Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Umgebung ausreichend vorhanden. ( Norma, Penny, Rewe, Apotheke, Post...)
Das Haus befindet sich in Laim, es ist Zentral aber dennoch sehr ruhig.
Wir vermieten nur an Nichtraucher.
