The apartment (74qm) is located in a beautiful neighborhood, ideally located in the center of Berlin.
There are two seperate rooms, one of them to the street side (very bright) the other one to the quiet back yard. And there is an open living kitchen area + reading corner. So 2.5 rooms in total.
It is very quiet, eventhough we are at the heart of Berlin. Perfectly located next to Nordbahnhof & U Naturkunde Museum. Rewe, Bio Company and Alnatura are around the corner. Just as many ncie cafes and restaurants.
The apartment has wooden floors, a large cellar, a bathroom with a bad/shower combi, kitchen with dishwasher, and extra storage in the living area.
I'm looking for a flat with a similar 'feeling'. 1.5 - 2.5 rooms. Flexible in terms of location, though within the ring.
Max rent. 800 EUR
Arriving at the Berlin Main Station (Hauptbahnhof) it takes you about 10 minutes to get to our place. Friedrichstraße, Torstraße, Alexanderplatz, Rosenthaler Platz, Mauerpark, Gedenkstätte Berliner Mauer... everything is in walking distance. 3 minutes walk to the Underground (U6) and S-Bahn (Nordbahnhof). Green parks, nice bars and restaurants in walking distance.
The photos of the bedrooms is outdated, as the rooms have been painted, decorated and refurnished. So it will be a bit of an upgrade compared to what you see in the picture :)
Regarding the costs, currently we pay 1002 EUR (862 Kaltmiete + 140 Betriebskosten) excl. heating/water /electricity (+/- 100 EUR).
