Liebe Wohnungssuchende,
da wir von Mitte Februar bis Mitte April 2019 in Frankreich arbeiten werden, vermieten wir unsere schöne Dreizimmerwohnung in Eppendorf für diese Zeit unter.
Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei vollständig möblierten Schlaf- und Arbeitszimmern (jeweils ca. 20qm), einem Wohnzimmer mit Sofas, Sesseln und unserer kleinen Hausbibliothek (ca. 10qm), einer Küche und einem Badezimmer. Durch die beiden Schlafzimmer ist die Wohnung für WGs genauso geeignet wie für Paare.
Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet: neben schönen Möbeln, gibt es auch eine Waschmaschine, eine Spülmaschine, schnelles Internet und eine Telefonflatrate. Haustiere sind erlaubt (seht unsere Katze auf einem der Bilder aus Schlafzimmer 2!), sodass ihr auch euren Hund oder eure Katze mitbringen könntet.

Dear appartment seekers,
since we will work and live in France from february to april next year we're subleasing our beautiful three-room flat for this period.
The appartment consist of two fully furnished bedrooms, which also serve as studies (both ca. 20 sqm), one living room (ca. 10 sqm), a kitchen and a bathroom. Because of the two bedrooms it is suitable for flat-sharing as well as for couples.
It is well equipped: besides beautiful furniture, it offers a washing mashine, a dish washer, fast internet and a telefon flatrate. Pets are allowed (do you find our cat on one of the picture of bedroom no. 2?), meaning you could bring your cat or dog with you.

Die Wohnung liegt in Eppendorf, ganz in der Nähe des wunderschönen Hayns Park und des Universitätsklinikums (UKE). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Kneipen und Cafés sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
Der Bus 22 hält beinahe vor der Haustür. Die Haltestellen von Bus 20 und 25 liegen ca. 5 min entfernt. Zu den U-Bahn-Haltestellen Lattenkamp (U1) und Kellinghusenstraße (U3 und U1) läuft man jeweils ca. 15 Minuten.

The flat is located in Eppendorf, right next to the beautiful Hayns Park and to the hospital UKE. Grocery stores, Bars and Coffee shops are very close by. Bus 22 stops almost in front of the door. You reach the stops of Bus 20 and 25 in 5 min by foot. Walking to the stops of the underground "Lattenkamp" (U1) and Kellinghusenstraße (U3 and U1) takes about 15 min.
