Hi guys!! :) We are searching for ONE FLATMATE (no couple please!) and will be subletting a 16 m2 room in a sunny and spacious top floor apartment with a great view of the TV tower and 3.5m high ceilings. The apartment is fully furnished, and your room comes with a desk, TV, sofa bed, and 1.5m bed!
The apartment is a converted attic and was renovated recently so most of the furnishing is relatively new. The light and the high ceilings create a really lovely vibe.
We have a living room combined with the kitchen where there is a washing machine and dishwasher (YAY!!). The bathroom has a bathtub.
Your room is south facing, so there will be lots of sunlight throughout the day. There is also a south facing balcony which is the perfect place to watch the sunset.
The location is perfectly located between the intersection of the M4 and M10 lines in Prenzlauer Berg. There are 4 supermarkets nearby all within 5-7 minutes walking. You are 4 stations away from Alexanderplatz, and 1 station (or 7 mins walking) from the ring bahn station S Griefswalderstr.
Lots of cool bars and restaurants near Eberswalderstr. are reachable within 10 mins on the tram and the parties near Warschauer/Ostkreuz are reachable in 15-20 mins.
You will be living mostly with me, Adela, 25. I'm studying environmental science, i love learning about other cultures, and being able to connect with other amazing humans, i'm into nutrition, yoga, meditation and a cat lady. I know it sounds hippie-ish, but i'm more than a label! :D i work in a restaurant and also babysit, a pretty busy life :)
While Albert, 26, is a startup guy. He will unfortunately only be there 50% of the time due to work obligations so there will be only 2 people in the flat most of the time, aka you and me. And our lovely cat!!
We enjoy having dinner together and wine (which has so many benefits for our health! :P) in the evenings, and occasionally party on the weekend (mostly Albert). We are very international people and love different cultures!
We care A LOT about being clean, and having a cleaning plan (but are also thinking to get a cleaning lady), so we expect our flatmate to be clean, responsible, and respect other people's schedules. You don't have to clean our cat tho, he can lick himself.
